Terms

Plain-language terms for using usecards.

What usecards does

usecards builds pump.fun transactions for you to sign in your own wallet. We never hold your keys or your coins. A coin launched here routes 100% of its pump.fun creator fees to the usecards card treasury, and that split is locked by pump.fun at launch. The card treasury claims those fees and splits each claim by the coin's published rules: a share buys back and burns $CARDS, a share goes to the launcher's dev card, and the rest goes to the coin's top holders as gift card balances.

Card balances

A card balance is a credit toward gift cards bought through usecards. It isn't money, a deposit or a token: it can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash or crypto, and it only works for claiming gift cards on usecards. Balances are tracked per wallet and per coin. A balance with no claim for 180 days returns to its coin's holder pool. We may correct balances credited in error.

Gift cards

Gift cards are bought from Bitrefill and are subject to each brand's own terms, including the regions where they work. Check a card works for you before claiming it. A code is shown only to the wallet that earned it; anyone who sees a code can use it, so keep it private. Claims can be paused at any time, for example while the card float is topped up, and are limited per wallet per day.

Launching

Launching creates a real coin on Solana and can't be undone. The card rules you pick (the card, how many top holders earn, and your dev card) are fixed at launch. You pay Solana's network costs from your wallet. Only use images and names you have the right to use; don't impersonate people or brands. We may hide coins with illegal, hateful or misleading content.

Risk

Memecoins are extremely volatile and can lose all of their value. A coin's fees depend on its trading, so card earnings can be zero. Nothing on usecards is financial advice.

Independence

usecards is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by pump.fun, Bitrefill or any card brand. Card names and images belong to their owners.
